Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is to be made via our online store using a valid funding source or payment card. Full payment is required before items are despatched.
  • Please make sure you inspect the items in your basket to ensure that you have ordered correctly. We do not issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly.
  • If an item listed as available is actually out of stock, we will let you know and issue a full refund for that item.
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.


Delivery Charges & Shipping Information

Postal Orders

UK Delivery is £3.50 via Royal ‘Mail Signed’ For. Currently, we only ship to the UK.

We aim to despatch orders on the same day. However, we ask that you allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

We hope that you love our range. As we specialise in skincare and beauty products, for hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot not issue refunds for opened or used goods.  However, we are aware that for unforeseen circumstances you may need to make a return.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your item(s) once received. If you receive an item from us that is faulty/broken or, if you received an item that you did not order, please contact us via:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to you. 

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of you needing to return goods to us, we ask that you send the items via Royal Mail – Recorded Delivery.
